Dwayne Farmer is a Charlevoix native and Charlevoix High School Alumni. He started Lakeview Maintenance in 1984 and has grown his business from the ground up. He is proud to have his son's Justin and Jordan joining him in the day to day operations and future planning.
Justin has attended M.S.U.'s Turfgrass Management program and is currently working full-time with Lakeview Maintenance as the Grounds Manager. In addition to the lawn and grounds care and maintenance, he has completed additional projects such as stone fire pit installations, deck construction, retaining wall projects, tree trimming, sod and seed lawn installations and maintenance and other miscellaneous customers needs.
Jordan is a Senior at Charlevoix High School and will be attending Bay College in Escanaba for their Timber Harvester Equipment Operators certification program in Fall 2012. Jordan has been working on the summer lawn crew for several years and also performs additional jobs such as painting, staining, flower bed care and many odd jobs.
